How it Works


Step 1: Phone Consultation (No questionnaires to fill out)

We begin with a collaborative 60-minute Strategic Resume Consulting Session to review your career goals, gather relevant information about your work history, and address job search-related questions and concerns. The goal is to gain an understanding of the unique skills you bring to the table, combined with all of the necessary facts and figures to communicate them in the most effective way possible. While you’re more than welcome to provide any additional career documentation which may be helpful (such as existing resumes, job postings, etc.) we believe that phone works much better than questionnaires in getting to the heart of a client’s needs and offering customized solutions.


Step 2: Resume Creation & Review

Following the Phone Consult, we will proceed with creation of your new resume and other core documents,  with delivery taking place by an agreed-upon date. All documents are professionally formatted, line-edited, and proofread so that you can begin using them ASAP.


Step 3: Delivery of Final Documents

Clients are entitled to unlimited revisions pending acceptance of finalized versions of their new documents. When you’re ready to move forward and start using them, we’ll send final documents in MS Word, Adobe PDF, and ASCII Plain Text formats.
